TimMarket templates allow you to define the market for Design Desk templates. You can specify the market at the state, utility territory, or zipcode level. All Design Desk template with a market that matches a job will be available for selection and request within the Design Desk center on a job. If the market does not match, then the Design Desk template will not appear.
