We have released general performance improvements across the platform with a specific focus on improving performance for organizations with complex permissions structuresto speed up the saving of project designs. SettingsUsage
Incentives Blacklisting: You can now block specific incentives or incentive versions for your entire organization or for a specific financing product for specific incentives. If you have any questions or would like to have us blacklist specific incentives for you, please reach out to us via support@sighten.io.
Setbacks by Market: You can now set default setbacks that will automatically populate on your project designs! You can also assign these values to specific markets to ensure you can meet the requirements for different AHJ’s.Square Footage: We have added the ability to enter the square footage for a residence on the Address Phase. This square footage is then used when pulling the typical usage baselines to ensure our estimates are as accurate as possible for your specific house.
Building Type: We have added the ability to choose the building type for a residence on the Address Phase. This building type is then used when pulling the typical usage baselines to ensure our estimates are as accurate as possible for your specific building.
Quote
Quote Table Columns: Did you know you can customize the columns in the quote table to show the exact data you need to make decisions? Click on the configuration button on the top right of the table to add and remove columns! Today we added the quote promotions values to be added to the table.
NYC Property Tax Abatement: For quotes in NYC we now automatically calculate the NYC Property Tax Abatement value.
Proposal
Depreciation: We have added the tax savings metrics as user choice metrics to the proposal so you can now show all depreciation values directly on your custom proposal. Please reach out to us for help at support@sighten.io or utilize our Proposal Customization Services if you would like us to customize your proposal for you.
HTML Editing: For advanced proposal designers, we have added the ability to directly edit the HTML for the proposal templates for the most in-depth and exact customization.
Media Embedding: We have added the ability to imbed media, such as videos, directly into the proposal to ensure your proposal is unique and able to showcase your company in any medium you desire.
Charts: We have added the following charts to be able to be added to custom pages in the proposal - Pre & Post Project Utility Charges Chart, Pre & Post Project Utility Charges Data Table, Energy Costs by Payment Options (non-cumulative)
Stability
We have been hard at working generally improving the stability of our platform. Some of the specific improvements are:
Project
Free placement fixed to work on an iPad
Archiving modal shows correct # of proposals also being archived with the project
Proposal
Fixed issues uploading spec sheet to equipment models and downloading proposals with spec sheets
Set as default added to card view
Quoting
Fixed error when inputting some loan amount values for Sunlight products
Settings
Read permissions blocked from attempted editing across the platform. Users were already blocked from saving these changes and now the UI clearly shows the user they cannot edit.We now duplicate the utility charges when duplicating a project
Corrected the CEC AC value shown on the quote summary
Ensure keepouts show even after arrays are deleted
Proposal
Added decimal places to storage capacity data
Fixed issue generating proposals with 0kwh usage
