Installers working with channel managers and/or financiers in Sighten may need to submit milestones for approval as a project moves through the ops pipeline.
To submit a milestone for approval, the project must already have a signed contract uploaded to the Sighten platform.
After opening the job, click the "operations" icon in the toolbar at the top left of your page.
The workflow will display various milestones (e.g. Sales Requirements), and each milestone has specific tasks that must be completed. A milestone approval request can be sent at any time by clicking Send For Approval.
