The tasks in ops Operations allow you to upload, generate, or review documents if they that are included in the task. Re-sign tasks can also be used to support change orders / re-signs of contracts related to the agreementjob.
Upload documents

Document history
For tasks that support document upload, you can click to view the document history. You can also toggle to view the comment feed on the task to see what actions have been taken along with any comments left.

Generate & send documents
Some tasks allow you to generate a document. After generating, you can download or send the document for e-sign. When you send a document for e-sign, you will see a modal confirming the document and recipient.

For tasks that support document upload, you can click to view the document history. You can also toggle to view the comment feed on the task to see what actions have been taken along with any comments left.
This feature is useful for agreements further down the line in the sales process as well as for change orders.
Re-sign tasks
Re-sign tasks allow you to regenerate a contract using updated quote information. You can select a different quote to use for the re-sign document as long as it is for the same financing product. Learn more /wiki/spaces/SS/pages/1258728.
