API Access

Sighten provides access to its API for an additional $200 per month for all subscription tierssubscriptions.  Having access to the API's allows an organization to API access helps organizations automate workflows and plus import and export data.  If you are only looking to import data, we suggest doing accomplishing this through Zapier (see related articles). 

Custom Integration Support

Sighten provides additional support for customers setting up custom integrations, including a workflow consultation and how to best utilize our webhooks and Data Access Layer (DAL).  Sighten does not provide the any engineering resources, so if you are considering setting up a custom API integration, please be sure that you have either internal or contracted external technical resources to complete the integration.
