- New rate coverage via Genability: Sighten now offers full residential residential utility rate coverage within the U.S. via Genability. Beyond rate coverage, the Genability integration also brings better initial defaulting of utility and rate schedule, as well as smart selection of whether a different post-solar rate is required.
- Expanded usage and bill cost entry options: users can now choose to enter usage or bill information in the following ways:
- MONTHLY USAGE: Enter 1-12 months of usage data (kWh/mo). If less than 12 months are entered, the entered values are used to scale the remaining months accordingly. This is currently the only entry option in the tool besides usage file upload (CSV).
- ANNUAL USAGE: Enter 1 annual usage value (kWh/yr).
- MONTHLY BILL: Enter 1-12 months of bills ($/mo). If less than 12 months are entered, the entered values are used to scale the remaining months accordingly.
- ANNUAL USAGE: Enter 1 annual value for utility bill spend ($/yr).
