Making changes to contact information within the Contact phase, will not populate in a newly generated contract . If an installer needs to make changes to the homeowner's address or contact info once they've reached the contract phase, they would have to navigate to the qualification phase and if credit and title have already been ran. If a client does not meet our credit requirements and they wish to add a co-applicant or if the user needs to revise any address or contact information, then they will need to make those changes using the following steps. First, select Review Name & Address Information. This will display the address and contact info for the applicant(s).

From this point, the user can select Edit to make changes that will reflect in the new or revised contract.

To re-run credit, select Actions at the top right of the screen in the qualification phase.

Select Cancel Pre-Qual from the list of options.

Once the initial pre-qual has been canceled, select Actions again and click Run Pre-Qual

In the Pre-Qual application, select “I am applying with a co-applicant” to add the co-applicants information.

Preferably, there is will be one applicant application that meets both the credit and title requirements; however, the qualification process allows for these two requirements to be met by two different individuals. This would likely take place if the primary applicant has doubts about their credit status.
