Making Guidelines to consider before making changes to contact information within the Contact phase, will not populate in a newly generated contract if credit and title have already been ran. :

  • A person on credit must be on the agreement

  • A person on the title must be on the agreement.

  • One signer is permitted if the credit and title signers are the same person.

  • All signers of the agreement must exactly match their respective credit and title legal contacts.

  • If signer names need to be updated, they may be in the Qualification Phase.

    • If there is a minor discrepancy in the client's name ie (Robbie vs. Robby), deal processing would have to make this change.

  • DocuSign signature must match legal contact names.

2. Next, navigate to the Contract phase. Notice that Stephany is not yet listed anywhere in this phase. Click New Recipient to add Stephany’s name.

3. She will now be able to sign the contract once it has been sent out for signatures.
