  1. Click on the ticket to open it

    1. Make sure your name is entered as assignee

  2. Review the customer information tab in the middle pane of your ticket

    2. Then click the shopping cart icon to the right side of the page – this will pull up information you’ll need to complete the job including the requestor’s preferences, settings and any special instructions.
