Cause - This is because EverBright sunset the respective products due to a recent price change. Or because the organization is now enrolled in Direct Pay, which has it’s own products (thereby sunsetting the org’s old products)
The new products (with new pricing, or CED direct pay) are available as selection in the drop down and the job can proceed with the new pricing.products.
Action: If qualification has not been approved, they would need to use the new pricing that's available.
