Stability
We have been hard at work generally improving the stability of our platform. Some of the specific improvements are:
Updated front end behavior so that there aren't multiple legal addresses that appear to be selected
Resolved bug - Monthly Utility Bill (Yr 1) on PPA and Cash quotes now correctly pulls from metric
utility_bill_post_average_monthly_yr1Ensured that quotes are revalidated when site primary language is changed and, when requoting, that the error toast shows a helpful message
