Reply as follows:
Hi Gina,
Support received the following interconnection agreement requiring signature. We have confirmed that the job is a PPA and is active.

Agents should only send the document link, not the ticket link
When Gina replies that it is signed, close the ticket
If no response within 3 1 business daysday, send a follow up email
After the 2nd attempt, contact your supervisor
