Background: ASA is currently going out of business and their jobs are being reassigned to Next Phase Electricother installers.

 

Homeowners should have received a letter, or they will receive a letter regarding transferring their account to a new installer. A copy of the letter has been provided below.

If an agent receives a call from a homeowner regarding ASA going out of business, the agent should reply:

Thank you for contacting EverBright support regarding your concern. EverBright has identified a trusted installation partner to complete the remaining work on your system. You will be receiving a letter in the mail regarding the transfer. A representative of the new installation partner will also contact you. Your EverBright financing agreement is still active and valid, but your monthly payments to EverBright will not become due until your system is placed in service.

 

If a homeowner calls and has a contract with ASA and states that their roof is leaking due to the panel installation, the agent should send a detailed email to Morela Gomes (Unlicensed) and cc Cassandra Mercado. Include in the email:
