During the grace period, both the original HIS field and the new field with state distinction will be visible and editable. Installers will need to copy and paste the old value into the new HIS field. DO NOT cut and paste the number, as the system will still pull from the original field for the grace period. If the original field is empty, the contract will be blocked from moving forward.
