If the “Download Shade Qualification” Button is not available
Go to the “Project” Phase and check if the “Auto Detect” toggle is off

If the ‘Auto Detect’ is off; you will need to toggle it on

Once you toggle the ‘Auto Detect' on ; please click on ‘Calculate’ at the bottom of each array
Then; go back to the ‘Download Shade Qualification’ and try again.

This usually occurs when images are slightly misaligned, causing the panels on the edge to be thought as ‘off the roof' |

Go to the project phase and select a different imagery
After you have changed the map imagery click on the ‘Download Shade Qualification’ button and try again
