• Verify the customer is the customer of record Customer Authentication Policy

• Confirm if the customer is M3 approved or not

• If YES verified and NOT M3 approved:

I will be happy to assist you with this request.

Proceed to Step 2

• If YES verified and M3 approved:

I will be happy to update the record on our end. However, please note that in order to add an authorized user to your billing and payment account, you will need to submit the request to our billing service provider.

• If NONOT verified:

I am unable to assist you. Please have the customer of record reach out to support to facilitate the request.

• Navigate to the customer account record

• Hover over Related Contacts

• Click the New Contact button

• Create the contact by filling in the following contact information for the authorized contact

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Suffix - enter Auth Caller

  • Phone number

  • Email address

• Click Save

• The record is added to the related contacts object on the account.

• Future interactions from this contact will be automatically associated with the account
