Background: The customer is selling or refinancing their home and the homeowner and/or Mortgage companies are requesting a foreclosure/solar addendum.

If support receives a request for a foreclosure/solar addendum, create a ticket case in Salesforce and assign it to Nehemiah @ EverBright. Be sure to get the following information, if it has not been provided:

  • Find out what type of mortgage loan they have (conventional (not a government entity), Freddie Mac (FHLMC), Fannie Mae (FNMA), VA, FHA, USDA)

  • Get the customer’s name, agreement type (PPA or RIC) and the date it was signed.

  • Acquire the name of the lender requesting the addendum.

  • Check the platform to ensure that you have the most recent agreement. If any change orders are in the platform for the deal, save these with the agreement and insert them in an internal note.
