After verifying the customer; Take note of the Homeowner’s Name

Access the “MyEverbright” Portal by using your Everbright credentials

Once you are in, you will need to type the homeowner’s name into the search box , so the screen will show you the accounts registered under that name
Make sure both accounts belong to the same user by checking if the registered Email address matches

If you are able to confirm this information now you just need to guide the Homeowner on how to visualize both accounts through MyEverbright (Proceed with step 4)

Select any of the showed shown results, this will show you the Homeowner’s Profile. Then click on “Impersonate”

Impersonating the account will allow you to have the same view that the Homeowner has in their account

Ask the Customer to Log into their MyEverbright Portal.
Once in there, all they need to do is locate the little drop down menu in the upper right cornerdropdown menu

They will click in there and it will allow them to navigate between one account and another
