Pipelines

Proposal UX

It is a major priority for Sighten to ensure you can interact with other organizations and channel partners seamlessly.  We have introduced a few new features to ensure this process is as seamless as possible:

  • text box editing
  • graph legend on downloaded proposals
  • disable generate/view/send on an expired proposal

  • moving arrays to track the submission status of a credit application

Settings

  • Updated notifications to be OFF by default for all new users
  • Updated user notifications settings to reduce unwanted emails sent to users.

General User Experience Updates

  • Tablet & mobile support: navigation bar now resizes for full access to features using smaller screens, added ability to add free panels while using a tablet
  • Job Notifications - Updated default notification to be sent on day of follow up
  • Address Invalidation - Updates to the address will now automatically move the map and re-calculate all location driven calculations
  • Proposal - Fixed intermittent issue saving empty text boxes, ensure pdfs have all graph legends, disable generate/view/send actions on expired proposals, fixed issue with pdf download sizing and emailing proposals
  • Qualification - Save external ID without needed to refresh the page, allow for in-person credit application without a contact email
  • Contract phase - Ensure only one "Contract 1" is added to the left navigation, automatically navigate to the most recently updated contract 
  • Operations - Ensure new job loads without refreshing the page
