If you are unable to select a product offering from the drop down menu for financing products, it could be that the product is not eligible for your site or system. To check the product eligibility for the site and system, you can click on the bell icon on the right side of your screen.

Product eligibility configurations for your organization's financial products are configured by your account administrator and your Sighten account manager. If financial products do not appear eligible but you believe they should be, then please submit a request to to Sighten support.

Financier's Product:

Product eligibility may be set by a financier. If you are using a financier's financial product and it is not appearing as eligible but you believe that it should be, then please contact the financier's representative and submit a request.
