We use a service called Invoiced for our billing. In order to update your billing information you can do the following:

  1. Go to https://sighteneverbright.invoiced.com/login

  2. Enter your billing contact email

  3. Invoiced will send an email to the billing contact email with a link to your payment information

  4. Click on this link to update billing contact information and payment method

If you do not know your current billing contact email, please reach out to support@sightensupport@goeverbright.iocom and we will provide you with the email.
