Thank you for your request!

The organization administrator we define as anyone who as has permissions to the Settings phase and Manager permissions. If you're unsure of who your organization administrator is, let us know and we can look them up for you. Here is more on how permissions are set in Sighten.

In the future, to prevent any delays while we ask for permission, you can either ask your organization administrator to enable the permissions mentioned above or you can add your organization's administrator email to the form. Both will ensure no delays!

The channel manager account we define as the account that Sighten directly has the partnership with.
