A shade report is required for EverBright TPO products. If the report Project Sunroof is unavailable for the project through the app with Project Sunroof, the installer needs will need to manually enter the information and upload the a shade report after purchasing it from an approved third party like Aurora or SunEye.

Internal note: We are looking to make this process easier over time - reduce the number of projects without in-app shade data available

Here’s how:

ROBERT - please add screen shots on where to add the info manually / upload the reportfrom either the third-party subscription-based platform such as Aurora, Scanify, and Loveland or by generating the shade report using a SunEye device.

Once the third-party shade report has been acquired, the Project phase will need to reflect the data from the shade report.

If Project Sunroof is not available, it will be toggled off within the Project phase under Shading & Solar Access.  When toggled off, the user can manually input percentages for the year by entering a percentage in the Yearly Avg field or enter monthly percentages by selecting Monthly Details.

The third-party Shade Study documents from Aurora, Scanif, Loveland, or SunEye can be manually entered within the Operations phase in the Shade Study subtask by selecting Upload.
