Users can access and manage the new proposal template on the Proposal Phase in Settings.

Access the New Proposal Template
To access a new proposal template click the gear icon to open your settings.

Click Proposal Phase on the left.

Here you will see a new tab for the Dynamic Proposal. Click on the New Templates tab.

Active Templates

EverBright Template: EverBright’s base Solar and Solar + Storage templates are available in all accounts. These templates are marked with an EverBright logo. These templates can’t be edited, but duplicate these templates to create a custom template.
Custom Templates: Users with Admin permission can create a new template and edit, delete, or duplicate existing custom templates templates.
Locked Templates: Locked templates are shared to you by an upstream organization. Users can preview locked templates but can not duplicate or edit shared templates. These templates are marked with a locked icon.
Edit the Unlocked Template
Click directly into a custom template to enter the builder.

Actions Menu
Use the template's Actions Menu to perform various actions.

Duplicate - create a custom template by making a copy of an existing template. Note: you will not have this option on locked/shared templates.
Set as Default - set the template as default for a Project Type. You can only have one Solar and Solar + Storage default set at a time.
Rename - change the name of a custom template
Recipients - Set the recipient for Refer a Friend option within the proposal
Share - share custom templates with your downstream partner. You can also deselect a partner from the list to un-share.
Set Inactive/Set Active - Setting a template inactive will remove the template as an available option for users to select in the Proposal Phase of a job. Set the template active to restore this option.
Delete - Delete a template will permanently remove a template from your list of template, both active and inactive.
Creating a New Template
Users with Admin permission can create a new proposal template by clicking the + Add Templates button. The New Template model will appear, and users can select a template to copy.
You can also duplicate an existing template (EverBright or custom only) to create a template.
