Here is a quick tour of the new design and how to use the new Proposal to wow the customer and immediately show the value of the project.

Using the New Proposal
Using the new proposal template is the same process as always. First, go to the Proposal Phase of the project.
Add Quotes
Add up to three EverBright quotes to the Proposal.
Disclaimer: The new Proposal is available exclusively for EverBright financing and cash quotes.

Change the Template
Click on the Change Template button to select the new Proposal template. If you have a quote with a financing product that is non-EverBright quote, you won't have the option to select the new Proposal template.

Generate the Proposal
After adding the quotes and selecting the template, click Generate.

Present the Proposal
Scroll through each Section as you present the Proposal to the customer.
Edit Energy Consumption in the Proposal
Click on Edit Energy Consumption on the proposal menu. Users can change the customer's energy consumption, and the chart on the proposal will adjust based on the new inputs.

Click Save, and the new energy consumption data will update the live Proposal. These updates will also sync back to the Usage phase of the project.

Present Financing Options
In the Proposal, you can include up to three EverBright financing quotes. The financing option highlighted in blue is the Active Quote on the Proposal.

Click More Details to few view the payment details, cost breakdown, and expand to view the cash flows.

Update Active Quote
You can easily compare financing options by changing the active quote on the proposal. Click View in Proposal on the quote, and the proposal will update automatically.

Show the customer why their solar system matters. Learn about How Environmental Impact is calculated on EverBright.

Show the Next Steps
Take the next steps in the sales process by emailing the proposal to the customercontacting your installer.

Quickly write a custom message and send it.

Run Credit Check and Send Contract
You can conduct a soft credit check on the homeowner and send to contract directly from the proposal.
