This can be done through the Documents modal that is found on the right side of every job.

To download, simply click on the options icon (3 vertically-aligned dots) on the right side of the document and choose Download).

What types of documents can be uploaded?

Any document type can be uploaded and save saved using this feature: PDF, image, excelExcel, etc. There are no file type restrictions.

To add a new document, click the "+" icon in the Documents section

This will be visible once you've opened the deal notes section at the far right of the job navigation menu.

How many documents can I upload?

You can add more documents by simply clicking the Upload button. There is no limit to the number of documents that you can upload. 

You can add multiple sales documents. Try naming the documents with a helpful title so other team members working with the job will be able to easily understand and categorize the type of pre-sale document that was added.

Note that the document upload feature can only be accessed once you click into a specific Kindly note that the Name of the document that would be displayed on the modal is the filename of the document uploaded. We suggest using helpful and easy-to-understand filenames, and even the using codes to categorize these so it can be easily used by other users who have access to the job.

The Documents modal can be accessed on any phase of an open job.
