Background:

Currently, the EverBright platform does not support multiple HIS license entries, nor does it allow the user to indicate in which state the license is held. Config is updating the platform Wed Feb 7th, to account for multiple licenses. There will be a two-week grace period beginning January 24th where installers will need to populate the new field with their HIS license number.

...

During the grace period, both the original HIS field and the new field with state distinction will be visible and editable. Installers will need to copy cut and paste the old value (1) into the new HIS field . DO NOT cut and paste the number the (2). The system will still not pull from the original field for the grace period. If the original field is empty, the contract will be blocked from moving forward.

...

as of February 7th.If an installer has multiple licenses, they will click the + Add HIS License button to populate additional fields :

Note

The state MUST be included in the new HIS field.

...

After the Grace Period

Once the grace period is over, the old HIS field will be removed. Any installer that has not populated the new field with their HIS number will be blocked from generating a contract.
