You'll have the option to enter or skip contact information entry after you enter the address when you use the standard setup. Here, you . You can enter one or more contacts for the project. If you enter more than one contact, you can mark a primary contact.

The email address entered here will be used for sending the proposal to the homeowner if you choose to email the proposal in the Proposal phase.proposal phase. To prevent fraud, the platform will not allow you to submit invalid email addresses or email addresses already used by existing EverBright users.

To enter a contact, you'll have to go to the Contact Phase. You can do this in two ways:

There is a To Contact button at the lower right part of the Address phase, or the Contact button on the navigation bar on the left.

Then enter a first and last name (required). The phone number and email fields are optional (although please note that on most contract templates and on Qualification, these are needed and may be filled out later on). The email address must be valid and not assigned to an existing EverBright user. Click Save when you've completed your entry.

You can also add one more contact by clicking Add Contact on the upper right side of your screen.

If you enter more than one contact, you can mark a primary contact using the radio selector on the left. You can also edit each contact should you need to later ohn through the Edit button on the right.
