Dealer fees are calculated as a percentage of the loan amount (not of the install cost), as a result:

Loan Amount ($) = (Install Cost ($) - Installer Paid Rebates ($) - Installer Paid Rebates Upfront Payment ($)) + Dealer Fee (%) x Loan Amount ($)
