Installers working with channel managers and/or financiers in Sighten EverBright may need to submit milestones for approval as a project moves through the ops pipeline.operations workflow. If a support agent is submitting a milestone for approval on behalf of the installer/Sales Representative, they must confirm first that the representative has not been blocked within the system.
