Subtasks that support upload allow

users to upload

files that might be required for review. Here is an example of a task with an

upload Utility Bill(s) subtask.

When you click the blue “Upload” button a file picker window will open where you can search for and select the files you want to attach.

To rename an uploaded file, use the kebab (3 horizontal dots), and select “Rename” next to the pencil icon. A text box will appear - rename as desired and select the checkmark to the right of the text box.

Via the same kebab menu discussed above, users can also archive any files that were uploaded in error. Simply select the “Archive” option and the file will no longer populate on within that specific subtask.

For subtasks with multiple files uploaded, users have the option to download all associated files. Select the blue “Download All” button and all uploaded files will be simultaneously downloaded in a zip file.

Some

subtasks allow

users to generate a document. After

generation,

download or send the document for e-sign. When

a document is sent for e-sign,

a modal confirming the document and recipient will populate.

This feature is useful for agreements further down the line in the sales process as well as for change orders.

For subtasks that support document generation and e-signature, users can click to view the document history. Toggle to view the comment feed on the task to see what actions have been taken along with any comments left.

Re-sign tasks allow

users to regenerate a contract using updated quote information.

Select a different quote to use for the re-sign document as long as it is for the same financing product. Learn more /wiki/spaces/SS/pages/1258728.
