Cause - This is because EverBright sunset the respective products due to a recent price change. Or because the organization is now enrolled in Direct Pay, which has it’s own products (thereby sunsetting the org’s old products)
The new products (with new pricing, or CED direct pay) are available as selection in the drop down and the job can proceed with the new pricingproducts..
Action: If qualification has not been approved, they would need to use the new pricing that's available.
Note - If a contract has already been signed using the old pricing, but a resign needs to occur without a change to the install cost we will allow use of the old product pricing in certain scenarios. Please see this SOP: How to handle contract signs/re-signs due to pricing update
