Proposal Sender - Improved the ability to send proposals to homeowners via email by ensuring the default sender is the user assigned to the proposal phase

In-Job Assignment - Need to change the owner of a specific phase or of the entire job?  This is now even easier as you can still take this action from the pipeline but also manage job ownership directly inside of a job by clicking on the assignment icon in the right navigation.
