Market templates allow you to define the market for Design Desk templatesdifferent markets for default settings. You can specify the market at the state, utility territory, or zipcode zip code level. All Design Desk template with a market that matches a job will be available for selection and request within the Design Desk center on a job. If the market does not match, then the Design Desk template will not appearWhen you create a market template, the defaults will only apply if the market matches the job.

To get started, navigate to workflow settings and the market templates tab. Click ‘Add Market’ Add Market.

Next, enter the name of the market and select the market criteria type (state, utility territory, or zipcode). Then, select or enter the required criteria.

Click ‘Save’ Save to save the market template. This will close the section and show a summary.

If you select to set up defaults by market, and you have no Market Templates created, this window will open:

You create and name a new template then hit Continue.
