Customer documents are often uploaded after an agreement has been signed based on the document tasks for that job. But if needed, a user can also upload customer documents before an agreement is signed.

This can be done through the Documents modal that is found on the right side of every job.

Once you click it, you'll see an Upload button.

Once documents are uploaded, they can be downloaded. For example, an ops coordinator may want to download a utility bill that was uploaded pre-sale and add it to a utility bill task in the project workflow. To download, simply click on the options icon (3 vertically-aligned dots) on the right side of the document and choose Download). Image Removed

What types of documents can be uploaded?

Any document type can be uploaded and saved using this feature: PDF, image, Excel, etc. There are no file type restrictions. There is, however, a size limit of 50MB.
