If you are an admin user for your company, you can view and edit settings for the following:
- User Settings - manage the details of our account including your login email and the email notifications you receive for projects.
- Organization Settings - these settings allow you to edit company information, teams, and users.
- My Organization - account profile settings allow you to set a logo , branding color, and company details.
- Partnerships - available to Pro accounts, this allows admins to control partnerships with other companies and channel organizations.
- Users - add users then add the relevant teams and permissions (Manager, Write).
- Teams - add teams, give teams permissions to different phases of the tool, and manage which users are in each team. Users can be part of multiple teams and will have the set of permissions granted across the teams they are a part of.
- Assignment - manage default phase assignment here. You can select eligible users from your own organization or partner organizations as the default assignee for a phase.
- Usage Settings CRM Settings - manage your dashboard and customer relationship management settings.
- Job Settings
- Usage Phase - add and edit personas for the daily usage profile.
- Project Phase -
- add, remove, or adjusts costs and defaults for equipment and projects. Equipment settings include solar modules, inverters, storage, and energy efficiency. Project settings include adders and project cost controls.
- Quote Phase - set your annual discount rate for your net present value and blacklist incentives.
- Proposal Phase - edit proposal templates & defaults.
- Contract Phase - manage the countersigner for your account and if the countersigner can be edited. For other contract set up, please contact support@goeverbright.com.
- Operations Phase - add canned comments and set your homeowner notifications.
- Workflow Settings - create market templates.
- Integrations - connect your organization through our various integrations.
