EverBright, we're excited to offer MyProposal. MyProposal opens up a whole new approach to the proposal that provides a great experience to homeowners and is incredibly customizable and flexible for each company.

MyProposal

All accounts have the Sighten EverBright MyProposal template available to use by default. To start using MyProposal, a user with Organization Administrator permissions can create at least one copy of the Sighten EverBright Proposal template to use and/or customize.

Your Here are some helpful steps for your first time setting up your company's new proposal, you'll want to follow a few key steps:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. From Settings, click Proposal Phase on the left panel (you must have Organization Administrator user permissions).

  3. You will then see

    an

    a number of proposal templates on the Templates tab. Select a template of choice, and click on the Image Modified icon. Then choose Duplicate.

  4. This will create an exact copy of the chosen

    Sighten

    EverBright proposal template as a starting point (see duplicated copy of the Solar + Storage Proposal as highlighted below). Then, you can customize from here. To learm more about customization, see: How do I duplicate or copy a proposal template?

  5. Rename the proposal to something that your account can easily identify and use. You can try switching in your company name for "

    Sighten

    EverBright". For example, if your company is SuperSolar, you can name the template "SuperSolar Solar + Storage Proposal" instead of "

    Sighten Proposal

    Solar + Storage Proposal (copy)". Here's how:

  6. To Review/edit the newly generated template, you can click on it.

     Once

     Once you are viewing your template copy, toggle to Settings in the left panel. It should look like this:

    and choose colors that suit your brand and preferences. For example,

     you may want to update some or all of the color selections to match the colors of your company's logo or other brand materials.

  7. You'll also want to update the logo that will appear on all proposals. To do so, hover over the

    Sighten

    EverBright logo on the left panel. An upload icon will then appear:

    Image Added. Click on the Upload icon, and choose the logo you'd like to use. The file uploaded should be a JPG or PNG file.

  8. Review pages and adjust content as you go. Switch pages using the arrow on either side of the page to move forward or

    backward a

    backwards throughout the proposal, or use the page list on the left panel and click on a page to view it.

  9. To edit a page, clickImage Modifiedin the upper right.

    We suggest editing the Next Steps page to match the expected process for your company.Refer a friend - click on the Refer a Friend page in the left menu. When contact information for any referrals added by customers is received from Sighten, you can choose to have the ocntact details sent to the job owner, or choose Custom to manually enter an email address of someone in your company.
