The side modals are a set of buttons on the right side of the screen for every job. Here are the modals, a short summary of how they can be helpful, as well as a link to how they can be used:

Eligibility modal - The eligibility modal is represented by the bell icon. It provides details on financing product availability. You may read more about it here.

Job Summary modal - The job summary modal is represented by an information icon. It provides a summary of significant details for each job phase.

Notes modal - The notes modal is represented by a notepad icon. Here, you can set a deposition, add notes, and also set a follow-up date. You can find more about dispositions here.

Ownership Management modal - This is represented by the man icon. Clicking this will open an ownership management pop-up window, and will allow a user to see who the job is assigned to, and also re-assign. All depending on the user's permission settings.

Documents modal - This is represented by a document icon and allows a user to upload important documents for the job, especially before a contract is signed.
