  1. Click on the ticket to open it

    1. Make sure your name is entered as assignee

  2. Review the customer information tab in the middle pane of your ticket

    1. Make sure “organizations’ is filled with the name of the requesting organization

    2. If not, add the correct organization name

  3. Then navigate to the “General” tab and review the ticket description to see what’s needed.

    1. Job name and address included

    2. The installer will often include special instructions

    3. In the case below, this site is a new build and they’ve indicated that they’ve included some attachments

  4. In the Engine environment, log in to the appropriate organization as designdesk@orgdesigndesk@”orgname here”

    • If there is no designdesk login available, login as everbright admin and file a ticket to have a design desk user added to the org.

  5. Navigate to the job by:

    1. Searching the pipeline with homeowner name or address or

    2. by clicking “Go to Job” from within the Jira ticket - hint, if you right click on this link select “open in new tab” so your Jira ticket window will remain open too.

  6. Complete the requested work

    1. Click the shopping cart icon to the right side of the page – this will pull up information you’ll need to complete the job including the requestor’s preferences, settings and any special instructions.
