Background:
Installers working with channel managers and/or financiers in Sighten EverBright may need to submit milestones for approval as a project moves through the Ops pipeline.To submit operations workflow. If a support agent is submitting a milestone for approval on behalf of the installer/Sales Representative, the project must already have a signed contract uploaded to the Sighten platform.After opening the project, click the Operations they must confirm first that the representative has not been blocked within the system.

A confirmation window will appear with an optional text field to add any notes. Click SEND to submit the milestone for approval.

While a milestone is pending review, you cannot edit the content of each task. You can cancel the submission to update the information.
When the milestone has been approved, the milestone status will update to "Milestone Complete".

Approval or completion of a milestone is not required before a user completes tasks on subsequent milestones in the workflow.
