Making changes to contact information within the Contact phase, will not populate in a newly generated contract. If an installer needs to make changes to the homeowner's address or contact info once they've reached the contract phase, they would have to navigate to the qualification phase and select Review Name & Address Information. This will display the address and contact info for the applicant(s).

From this point, the user can select Edit to make changes that will reflect in the new or revised contract.

Adding a Co-Applicant
Preferably, there will be one application that meets both the credit and title requirements; however, the qualification process allows for these two requirements to be met by two different individuals. This would likely take place if the primary applicant has doubts about their credit status.
Guidelines to consider before making changes:
1. A person on credit must be on the agreement
2. A person on the title must be on the agreement.
3. One signer is permitted if the credit and title signers are the same person.
4. All signers of the agreement must exactly match their respective credit and title legal contacts.
5. If signer names need to be updated, they may be in the Qualification Phase.
6. DocuSign signature must match legal contact names. If a client does not meet our credit requirements and they wish to add a co-applicant, then the installer or sales rep should go into the qualifications phase and select Actions and click Cancel Pre-Qual.
To re-run credit with a co-applicant, select Actions.
Select Run Pre-Qual from the list of options.

In the Pre-Qual application, select “I am applying with a co-applicant” to add the co-applicants information.

What if the applicant’s name doesn’t show up the title report?
In this example, Steven Gomez will be the client
Steven's info is entered in the Contact phase
credit/title application is ran for Steven in the Qualification phase
He meets the credit requirements, but his name is not on the title. His wife, Stephany Gomez shows up on the title report
How do we add Stephany to the contract without running her credit?
Knowing that we need at least 1 individual on title to be on the contract, we would have to add Stephany to the contract.
To add Stephany’s contact info, go to the Qualification phase and selecting Review Name & Address Information. Select Edit next to Stephany’s Name. Her phone # and email address can be added here. Please note that only someone in deal processing should make edits to title-related information. An installer, regardless of access on the platform, will not be able to edit this information.
...
2. Next, navigate to the Contract phase. Notice that Stephany is not yet listed anywhere in this phase. Click New Recipient to add Stephany’s name.
...
3. She will now be able to sign the contract once it has been sent out for signatures.
What if the contract has already been signed?
If the contract has been fully executed and signed by the homeowner, the workflow has to be cancelled. The sales rep or installer would need to requote with the co-applicant as credit and/or title.
