Enhancements

• Proposal improvements for display of costs & incentives: the proposal's "Your Solar Savings" page for loans and PACE products now includes a new "Financing Breakdown" section and an improved "Cost Breakdown" section. These changes make it even easier to review solar financing and incentive details with homeowners, and ensure the "Cost of Solar" shown on the waterfall chart match the "Cost Breakdown" section below.
  • Financing breakdown: a new "Financing Breakdown" section was added that shows the retail price and loan amount below the "Payment" section.
  • Retail price, interest & fees: the "Cost Breakdown" section has been updated to show retail price net of upfront interest and fees, as well as total solar spend given ongoing interest and fees and any buydown payments.
  • Total available incentives: total available incentives for loans and PACE products are displayed in the "Cost Breakdown" section on the "Your Solar Savings" page. Previously, only upfront incentives were displayed.
  • Cost of solar: the updates to retail price display, incentives, and potential interest tax savings in the "Cost Breakdown" section mean that the total "Cost of Solar" displayed will match the waterfall chart "Cost of Solar" shown at the top of the page.
• New qualification page: New qualification user interface (UI) to ensure history of information, contact information, and all other data is displayed clearly for users.
