After creating a quote (instructions on how to create a quote can be found here: https://sightenio.freshdesk.com/solution/articles/16000006432-how-do-i-create-a-quote-) and, if applicable, applying for credit and receiving credit approval, the down and up arrows, and the Send E-sign link will be solid blue and clickable.
Clicking Send E-Sign will send the contract to the homeowner via DocuSign. Once Send E-Sign has been clicked a green pop-up reading "Contract Sent" will appear and the Send E-Sign will change to Resend E-Sign.
Resend E-Sign can be clicked to generate a new contract to be sent to the homeowner via DocuSign. After the contract has been signed by the homeowner and received by DocuSign, the Resend E-Sign will change to Jump to Milestones and the job moved to the Ops Pipeline.
