"Organization Administrator" user permissions are necessary to adjust your organization's utility rate escalator values. Utility rate escalators can be defaulted by state or utility.
To access your utility rate escalators, log in to Sighten, click on the "menu" icon in the top left corner and then select Settings.
Then, click Job Defaults.
Here, you can select any state to view its utility rate escalator value. A rate value can be changed by state or for a specific utility by selecting the state, selecting the utility (or leaving it defaulted to "all utilities"), inputting the desired rate and then clicking Save.
The utility rate escalator appears on the Assumptions page in most proposals. Some proposal templates such as the 1-pager do not include the Assumptions page.
