  1. In the General tab, change Request Type to Non-Platform

  2. Change Assignee to yourself of appropriate party

  3. Change the Reporter to Anonymous

  4. In the Customer Info tab, change Organization type to Non-Platform

  5. In the Customer Info tab, change Request Participants to None

  6. Click the View workflow dropdown list and select Transition to CLOSED

  7. Within the Closed window, click the Resolution dropdown list and select Won’t Do

  8. Click the Resolution type dropdown list and select Non-platform ticket

  9. Click the Platform Area dropdown list and select the appropriate option.

  10. When all necessary information in the Closed window has been filled out completed, click the Closed button at the bottom right corner of the window to close the ticket.
