If you would like to update your financing products, edit your documents, add new equipment or onboard new channel partners, please use the links below. Please make sure that requests are submitted by someone in your organization with admin permissions. Submitting any of the forms will automatically create a ticket in our support system, and we will let you know once the request is fulfilled! We strive to complete all requests within three business days, but it can take a bit longer if we need to confirm any details with you. Please contact support@goeverbright.com for all other requests.

New Modules or Inverters | This form should be used whenever you would like to add modules or inverters to our database. If the equipment is already in our database or you’d like to add storage or EE equipment, you can add it under Project Settings. | |
Changes to Incentives | Incentives on EverBright, with the exception of SRECs, are platform-wide. This form allows you to easily communicate any incentive changes that you wish to make, whether that is adding new incentives, changing existing incentives, or removing them. However, if you wish to block an incentive from being included in your quotes, no need to fill out the form! You can do this on your own in the quote settings - here’s more information on blacklisting incentives from organizational use. | |
New Financing Products or Financing Revisions | This form should be used whenever you would like to add or update financing products in your account. Please note that you must have a Premium or Pro subscription for configured financing. | |
New Contracts or Contract Updates | This form should be used whenever you would like to add or update your accounts contract or other documents. Please note, you must have a Premium or Pro subscription to have a templated documented. Premium accounts are allowed one custom templated document and Pro accounts are allowed up to twenty. EverBright can add additional documents but for an additional $50/month per document fee. | |
Changes to Operations | This form should be used when you want to make changes to the milestones and tasks in the operations phase. You will need to make sure to fill out this Excel sheet before filling out the form. | |
New Channel Partner Accounts | This form should be used when you would like to add a new channel partner. Please note, you must have a Pro subscription to use EverBright's channel management features and it is limited to 20 channel partners unless you and your account manager have agreed upon more. Additional channel partners can be added for an additional fee of $25/month for every partner over 20.. |
