Customers may write to support to update their payment information on their Sighten account.  When this happens we should never take their payment information, but rather provide them with a link where they can update their payment information on their own. Please assign all payment update requests to Jonalie Villeta (Unlicensed), as she can thoroughly check and best handle these requests.


For reference, steps to acquire the link and an email template are detailed below:

Steps to Generate Payment Link

  • Log into Invoiced (login provided in LastPass)
  • Click on Customers on the menu on the left-hand side

  • Look up the customer's organization name

  • Click on the customer's name in blue
  • On the right side of the, click on the down arrow next to More and select Generate Sign In Link

  • Copy the link by clicking on the clipboard icon

  • The customer's email allowed to access the link is under the profile information.

Thank you for writing Sighten Support!  You can update your payment information for your account using this link - [Invoice Sign-In Link]. The email(s) associated with your billing information and that can access the link are [customer email or emails associated with the Invoice account].
