The new dynamic Proposal is still in beta and only available to select EverBright partners.
Users can access and manage the new proposal template on the Proposal Phase in Settings.

Access the New Proposal Template
To access a new proposal template click the gear icon to open your settings.
Click Proposal Phase on the left.
Here you will see a new tab for the Dynamic Proposal. Click on the Dynamic Template tab.
Active Dynamic Templates
Locked Templates: The Standard Dynamic Proposal template is locked for all downstream organizations. Users can preview locked templates but can not edit or make changes.
Unlocked Templates: Users with Admin permission can create a new template and edit, delete, or duplicate existing templates.
Edit the Unlocked Template
Click directly into an (unlocked) template to enter the builder.
Actions Menu
Use the template's Actions Menu to perform various actions. Users can Rename the template, set it as Inactive (or Activate it if inactive), or Delete it.
Creating a New Template
Users with Admin permission can create a new proposal template by clicking the + Add Templates button. The New Template model will appear, and users can select a template to copy.
