The EverBright EverOwn products now allow for system changes to be made after the agreement has been signed, rather than voiding a contract or canceling a workflow to resign a new agreement. This feature can be accessed in the Operations phase in the first and second milestones.
To create a work order, select System Details in the current milestone and click +Generate.
This will display the current project details. To facilitate a change in the system design, select Live Project. This will create a new project in the project phase and allow the user to make changes to the system design. Once the necessary changes have been made, select Calculate and return to the Operations phase. After all documents for the given milestone have been completed, the milestone can be sent for approval and the new system design will be reviewed by the deal processing team.
