New proposal experience with MyProposal
Sighten is releasing a whole new proposal experience with completely customizable content. The new proposal feature set makes sure you are in the driver's seat of your company's proposal content and brand. To celebrate this new level of customization and control the new proposal is called MyProposal. MyProposal templates have a fresh new design and are fully supported on mobile for easy review by homeowners.
Key Features
- Easy homeowner review: MyProposal provides a much more interactive experience for prospective customers, easily viewable on mobile or via link in their web browser.
- Customization & control: completely customize and control what information you want to display to homeowners as part of MyProposal.
- Edit page content: edit the content shown on each page. You can also easily add, remove, or reorder pages in the proposal template.
Note that the new proposal experience release does not impact any current proposal functionality, it is a completely new setting and set of templates. Your company can switch over from the current proposals to the new proposal experience at any time. Enhanced configuration options for MyProposal templates will continue to be rolled out through Q2 2018.

Enhancements
- Pipeline performance improvement: We have improved loading times through processing queue updates to ensure you get to your deals as fast as possible!
- Utility rate dropdown improvement: We have improved the default utility rate chosen for homeowners! The utility rates available in the project dropdown have been simplified to exclude closed rates by default and to limit the rates shown to the territory available to the specified homeowner address. Closed rates can be easily added back to the list if a closed rate is applicable for the project site.
- Expanded browser support for E-sign: Added IE as a supported browser for sending contracts.
- Reporting: see Sighten Metrics - Ongoing Updates.
